The Vision
Our
Story.

Our Mission
Lake Access, Made Attainable.
Falls Park at Keowee sits on 233 acres in the foothills, just over a mile from Devils Fork State Park, close to Lake Jocassee and on Lake Keowee. Our goal was simple: make lake life attainable, with private Lake Keowee access, a concierge experience for Lake Jocassee, and a complete community built from the ground up.
A private boat landing on Lake Keowee, 42 dock slips, concierge boat services for convenient year-round access to Lake Jocassee, food service, and community amenities surrounding the waterfall. Legacy lots from $150K. Heritage lots from $300K with private dock slips.

We saw the land between two lakes. And we knew it was meant to be shared.
Our Values
What We Stand For.
Reverence
We average two acres per homesite and have set aside over 50 acres of preserved land. Homesites are nestled among majestic white pines, adjacent to the stream and waterfall. Every decision starts with the land, the water, and the responsibility to protect both for the families who come after.
Access
A private boat landing on Lake Keowee. 42 docks. Concierge services that put you on Lake Jocassee and Keowee in minutes. Falls Park was designed so that getting on the water is effortless, from the moment you arrive.
Adventure
Launch a kayak from the lakeside pavilion and paddle into the Jocassee Gorges, over 40,000 acres of wilderness known as the Land of the Waterfalls. Hike the trails that wind through the community and into the surrounding mountains. At Falls Park, the adventure starts at your front door.
Legacy
A legacy is something you preserve, cultivate, and pass down. At Falls Park, you are not just buying land. You are passing on ownership in the amenities, private Lake Keowee access, and a concierge connection to Lake Jocassee — a community your grandchildren and theirs can return to.
Belonging
Gated and secluded, but never isolated. A community rooted in looking out for one another and taking care of what we share.
