Falls Park at Keowee sits on 233 acres in the foothills, just over a mile from Devils Fork State Park, between Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee. Our goal was simple: make access to both lakes attainable, with a complete experience built into the community from the ground up.
A private boat landing on Lake Keowee, 42 dock slips, concierge boat services for convenient year-round access to Lake Jocassee, food service, and community amenities surrounding the waterfall. Legacy lots from $150K. Heritage lots from $350K with private leased dock slips. All-in cottage packages, lot and home, starting in the $500Ks.

Reverence
We average two acres per homesite and have set aside over 50 acres of preserved land. Homesites are nestled among majestic white pines, adjacent to the stream and waterfall. Every decision starts with the land, the water, and the responsibility to protect both for the families who come after.
