Lake Life at Falls Park
Your Lake,
Your Way.

Two Lakes Within Reach
Two Lakes. One Community.
Falls Park at Keowee sits between two of the most beautiful lakes in the Southeast. Lake Keowee, with 23,000 acres of open water and hundreds of miles of shoreline, is where the community's private boat landing lives. Lake Jocassee, a pristine mountain lake surrounded by 40,000 acres of protected wilderness, is just minutes away — close to home and served by our concierge boat service.
Our private boat landing on Lake Keowee is shared by every Falls Park owner — Legacy and Heritage alike. 42 slips total: 28 community slips at the main dock tree next to the lake pavilion, plus 14 slips at the Heritage private dock tree. Every Heritage owner selects a slip on top of Lake Club membership — private or joint. Legacy owners can add the same slip options but are not required to. Separate fees apply; details are shared during your tour. Slips are limited and first-come, first-served. For Lake Jocassee, the concierge team handles launch, retrieval, and shuttling so you can enjoy the lake without the parking headache.

How the Slips Work
42 Slips. Two Dock Trees.
Every owner — Legacy or Heritage — has access to the main community dock tree at the lake pavilion. Heritage owners also select a slip (private or joint) as part of their commitment. Legacy owners may add the same slip options.
28
Community Slips
The main community dock tree at the lake pavilion landing. Twenty-eight slips shared by all owners for day-use.
14
Heritage Slips
The Heritage private dock tree. Fourteen slips dedicated to Heritage lot owners.
Slip Choice
Every Heritage owner selects a slip — private or joint — on top of Lake Club membership.
Legacy owners may add the same slip options but are not required to. Separate fees apply; details are shared during your tour. Limited, first-come, first-served.

Your lake. Your schedule. We handle the rest.

Private Boat Landing & Docks
Every owner has private access to Lake Keowee through the community landing and main dock tree, plus concierge service and close proximity to Lake Jocassee. With 42 slips across two dock trees and onsite boat storage located just a quarter mile from the lake, getting on the water has never been easier.
Whether you are heading out for a morning fish, an afternoon cruise, or a sunset paddle, your boat is always close and the lake is always ready.

Concierge Lake Services
Anyone who has tried to get on Lake Jocassee on a summer Saturday knows the problem. It is not too many boats on the water. It is no more parking at Devils Fork. Our concierge service solves this: we splash your boat in Jocassee and shuttle you over. When you are done, we pick you up. Year-round, convenient access.
On Lake Keowee, the same team can launch and retrieve for you, or you can take your boat from our storage facility and launch on your own. Rentals are available for members and guests who do not own a boat.

Two lakes. Forty thousand acres of wilderness. And your community is right in the middle.

Popup Dining on the Water
Falls Park brings the table to the lake. Our popup dining events feature local chefs preparing seasonal menus in unexpected settings, from the pavilion overlooking McKinney Falls to the shores of Lake Keowee.
These gatherings are about more than food. They are about neighbors sharing a meal together, under the stars, with the sound of water in the background. Check back for upcoming events as the community grows.
