This is not a typical membership. It is ownership. A one-time $50,000 Lake Club initiation gives your family a stake in everything. The waterfall pavilion, the main community dock tree, and the boat storage facility. Membership covers the primary member, their spouse, and children under 21. No separate fees for your immediate family. And a model designed so that operator revenue offsets your annual costs over time.
Legacy lots from $150K. Heritage lots from $250K, adding a private beach, private lakeside pavilion, Heritage private dock tree, and a required slip choice (private or joint). Both share the same core Keowee and Jocassee access.
