Dual Lake Access

Two Lakes. One Community.

Falls Park at Keowee sits between two of the most beautiful lakes in the Southeast. Lake Keowee, with 23,000 acres of open water and hundreds of miles of shoreline. And Lake Jocassee, a pristine mountain lake surrounded by 40,000 acres of protected wilderness.

Our private boat landing on Lake Keowee includes 42 slips: 14 leased exclusively to heritage lot owners, and 28 shared day-use docks available to all members through the concierge service.

Private Boat Landing & Docks

Our private landing on Lake Keowee gives members direct access to the water. With 42 boat slips (14 leased to heritage lots, 28 day-use docks) and onsite boat storage located just a quarter mile from the lake, getting on the water has never been easier.

Whether you are heading out for a morning fish, an afternoon cruise, or a sunset paddle, your boat is always close and the lake is always ready.

Concierge Lake Services

Anyone who has tried to get on Lake Jocassee on a summer Saturday knows the problem. It is not too many boats on the water. It is no more parking at Devils Fork. Our concierge service solves this: we splash your boat in Jocassee and shuttle you over. When you are done, we pick you up. Year-round, convenient access.

On Lake Keowee, the same team can launch and retrieve for you, or you can take your boat from our storage facility and launch on your own. Rentals are available for members and guests who do not own a boat.

Popup Dining on the Water

Falls Park brings the table to the lake. Our popup dining events feature local chefs preparing seasonal menus in unexpected settings, from the pavilion overlooking McKinney Falls to the shores of Lake Keowee.

These gatherings are about more than food. They are about neighbors sharing a meal together, under the stars, with the sound of water in the background. Check back for upcoming events as the community grows.

Good to Know

Who Needs a Membership?

Membership is available to Falls Park lot owners and property owners of Cliffs Falls North.

Any lot owner who wants to store a boat on-site must hold a membership. Membership is not required for lot ownership, but it is required for boat storage and amenity access.

Your spouse and children under 21 are covered under your membership. No separate fees for immediate family.

No more than 4 memberships may be held per property.

Adult children (21+) or other family members wanting independent access need their own membership, if available.
